Cancellations and Refunds
For Melukat Ceremony: For direct bookings, all reservations are cancellable and fully refundable if cancelled at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Last-minute cancellations made within one hour of the start time will be charged USD 10 per person.
Except for Beji Griya Waterfall, strictly no refund, no exception.
For bookings made through third-party agencies such as TripAdvisor, Viator, Agoda, Booking.com, etc., cancellations and refunds follow the policies of the respective platforms.
For Transport: Cancellable and fully refundable at least 24 hours before the pick-up time.
Booking Confirmation
To make sure your booking is successful, please check with us through WhatsApp +62 8 123 666 567 after you book. Your booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a receipt.
If the website shows: “Thank you for your order. Your order has been received” but you do not get a confirmation email, this means your booking was not successful.
This usually happens because your card issuer declined the payment (mostly French cards, but also, rarely, happens to cards issued in other countries), even if the website looks like it accepted your order.
You can always check your card statement.
