Cancellation and Refund

For Melukat Ceremony: For direct bookings, all reservations are cancellable and fully refundable if cancelled at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Last-minute cancellations made within one hour of the start time will be charged USD 10 per person.

For bookings made through third-party agencies such as TripAdvisor, Viator, Agoda, Booking.com, etc., cancellations and refunds follow the policies of the respective platforms.

For Transport Service: Transport service is fully refunded if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, except in the case of bad weather. No other exceptions will be accepted.
